Aum Boards (or Om Boards) are specifically designed to support the elbows when practicing the Aum Technique brought to the West by Paramhansa Yogananda.
These lightweight and stable Aum Boards have a molded plastic horizontal top which is comfortable and long-lasting. The two sides of the horizontal top quickly detach for easy transportation in bag or suitcase.
The vertical metal leg easily telescopes with a simple half-turn of the neoprene handle at the base of the leg. Once it is at the desired height, a half-turn back locks it securely in to place.
